Coaching, at its simplest, is about having empowering conversations where insight and learning take place. It offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to slow down and make time to think. It gives leaders time to open up to possibility and think differently. It is a future-focused dialogue where you uncover the opportunities to craft your journey through to your desired outcomes or solutions.


As your coach and using a variety of techniques, my  role is to stimulate your self-awareness and personal responsibility, open your mind and cause you to reflect, re-evaluate, re-consider and regenerate. As a result, you will have a clear path ahead.


For busy Executive Leaders, personal time to reflect and consider is a rare commodity. Allow me to give you time and space. It will be stimulating, challenging and refreshing. Coaching is a profound, powerful and transformational tool that has immediate benefit and potential to change the quality of your journey. 


According to D Goldman, 1996: “80 - 90% of the competencies that differentiate top performers are in the domain of emotional intelligence and leaders who score higher in key aspects of emotional intelligence are more likely to be leading highly profitable organisations.”

 

Executive coaching helps grow and nurture that emotional intelligence and facilitate progress towards your identified goals by helping you to overcome some of the main inhibitors such as: 

  • Managing conflict within teams to improve staff engagement 
  • Optimise outcomes from difficult conversations with clients, staff and stakeholders
  • Standing by difficult decisions through clear and valued explanation 
  • Moving away from negativity towards positive, collaborative working.
